We all have those one or two sites that we must constantly check up on. Sure, most people like to keep Twitter and Facebook as their general catch me up, but some of us tend to have more specific interests and here my special two. Now if you're a food lover or an individual who strives for more knowledge then you're definitely going to like were this blog post is going.

First, one of my favorite sites to indulge my free time in is the Food & Wine Magazine. This website isn't for the faint hearted. If you are a die-hard food lover and a mediocre home cook chef like me, then you tend to get a little over excited about this site. The best aspect about this website isn't the fact that it’s organized, or that it provides you with endless recipes, or that it brings you up to date with all of the latest wine trends (however, we all know that's a top priority). It’s actually its constant update of local restaurants to eat at, as well as hidden treasures to travel to. The site provides readers with reviews by everyday people on their travels, trends to keep up with, as well as an interactive community to help readers get more involved.

Another source that I enjoy while sipping on my 4th cup of coffee for the day is TED Talks. This is one of those sites where your knowledge on a specific topic can expand. It isn't as much as a fast news source, as much as it's for the constant need to learn more about what is being talked about in the media today. Viewers get to read as well as listen to what professional individuals have to say and why they think a certain way. This site manages to keep things beyond organized and keeps you up to date with all the recent talks held. However, my absolute favorite thing about the site is the range of topics it provides. It really does try to cover as much as it can for readers.
